Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, the product has been downloaded, or delivery has been completed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Online Programs and Courses

Refund eligibility for online programs, workshops or courses, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the individual product page at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified, purchases of digital programs are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Coaching Sessions and Consultations

Coaching, mentoring or consultation sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable prior notice.

Missed appointments, no-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Workshops, Retreats and Facilitated Experiences

Unauthorized Transactions
